CLS provides e-mail services that support all standard e-mail protocols. This means you get to keep using your favorite e-mail apps while using our services. Microsoft Exchange, IMAP, & POP may all be utilized or a hybrid solution of any allowing users to check and send e-mail via desktop e-mail clients like Outlook, Microsoft Mail and/or Apple Mail as well as mobile applications for iOS & Android devices.

Our webmail interface and Office 365 platforms not only provide 24/7 access to e-mail, but also include robust personal data management tools, such as a contact manager, company directories, task lists, a personal calendar with meeting invitations, and shared calendars.

Your e-mail will run on a state-of-the-art e-mail hosting system with numerous levels of anti-spam protection. Our spam filtering system rapidly detects spam, phishing and viruses. Users can also control their personal safe lists and black lists to further keep their inboxes clean. Safe lists allow certain senders (email addresses, domains, or mail server IP addresses) to bypass the anti-spam system. Conversely, blacklists allow users to block mail from certain senders. Users can also control what happens to spam messages once they have been identified.
